Immersed between the winding hills of the Sienese Crete, rising between the oak tree woods and the branches of the olive trees lies the ancient cottage “Il Casato”. Situated on a naturally formed terrace of the Val d’Orcia, which formerly was the home of many peasants and their families, has become today a farm holiday residence of exceptional high quality. It is not always easy to combine the comfort of a good hotel with the authentic simplicity of a country house and offer a “real” rural atmosphere.
