The original building dates back to 1829 and the structure has remained unaltered since; the interiors have recently been restored to provide modern comforts and conveniences whilst maintaining the original rich architectural style.

“Case Maribelle” is situated in the old town centre of Montichiello, in what was once known as the “Garden of Montichiello”, close both to the town walls and the Piazza del Teatro.

The house is divided in 2 apartments, Maribelle 2 on the ground floor and Maribelle 1 on the first floor. Both are fully furnished including Tuscan antiques from the 17th and 18th century.
The apartment Maribelle 3 is situated on Piazza Del Teatro, where every year takes place the representation of the Teatro Povero, the event that characterized the country since 1967 and its inhabitants.

Maribelle 1
Floored with the original terracotta tiles, the apartment has features in Siennese travertine marble, has concealed lighting and is furnished with solid walnut antiques.
Accommodation:
Both apartments have independent gas central heating and newly installed water and electrical systems.

Maribelle 2
Furnished with solid walnut and pine antiques. Aubusson carpet, finely crafted features in Siennese travertine marble and enriched with stone niches, which together with the concealed lighting enhance the ambiance of the environment.

The bedroom has a handmade wrought iron bed and a stereo system and leads directly to the patio. Patio: With its own barbeque and surrounded by the olive grove it is an ideal space for dining “al fresco” or complete relaxation whilst basking with the tranquillity of nature and admiring the magnificent views from the Val d’Orcia to Siena and beyond.

Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen including new cooker, dishwasher and fridge.
Bedroom The bedroom has a handmade wrought iron bed and a stereo system and leads directly to the patio.
Bathroom The bathroom has all porcelain fittings.

Maribelle 3
The Villa has a typically medieval structure, that is, it develops itself in a vertical way. It dates back to the XIII century and belongs to the first belt of houses built around the most important tower of the village . It stands in the main square, right next to the cathedral; This remarkable past makes it really particular.

Ground floor: Double bedroom , bathroom, satellite TV and Internet (completely independent from the rest of the villa ).
First floor : Kitchen and living room, bathroom, private garden equipped with table, chairs, barbecue. Sun exposed all morning long.
Second floor: Very spacious bedroom.
The Villa boasts prestigious antique furniture and modern design, satellite TV, Internet, air conditioning, wash machine and park.
The two properties can be rented separately or all together.
