“(…) When we were asked to submit five readings a significant part of the poem by Mario Luzi, we felt the need, before you accept, to understand how we should deal with the difficulties.
Soon we realized that for us, absolutely fasts of the ‘craft’, the only way forward was to let each player chooses the poems read by following the instinct, the tuning attractive to content and musicality of the verse.
And offer it as well, in absolute simplicity.
With no display, no rhetorical emphasis, quite naturally, like people talking to other people and offering their own voice, to create a line from a poem, high and deep.
So we did. And here we are, with you, to create just a short and fascinating ritual on a stage that is not there. “
